2) Aggregate Information - Standard web server/visitor traffic information, regarding overall Web site traffic patterns. Normally, web servers collect this type of basic information as part of their web log processes.
HOW IS THIS INFORMATION USED?
Personal Information
Information collected to process your order, might include contact
information; name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email
address. Additionally, we collect information relating to all the additional
insured's names, age, marital status, employment and education. All customers'
information we collect is strictly confidential and maintained in electronic
files. Our participating insurance professionals, to whom this information is

AGGREGATE INFORMATION
In addition to information provided by our users, we use the normal Internet

for aggregate reporting. Aggregate reporting includes: total number of
visitors, most visited sections, peak traffic times, etc.
Log files are simply transaction records that web servers maintain. These log files are used for recording information, such as: service provider IP addresses, browser versions, referring Web sites, search terms used, average number of pages requested, average duration of visit, and/or total visitor traffic.
We use aggregate information gathered from your visit to better design our Web site. This information supplies us with a broad picture of how people use our Web site and helps us to manage our system and to better serve our users.
